Hi, I’m Jenny Golsby, founder of The Complete Pet Company, Complete Canine Communication - The Future of Dog Training,
Heal by Choice - Nature's Pharmacy, the creator of Naked Harness and the Complete Meal DIY Mix.
For over 20 years, I’ve been dedicated to enhancing the lives of dogs and their humans through holistic, compassionate, and scientifically informed practices.
My journey began in Brisbane, where I opened The Complete Pet Company in 2003 with the goal of providing ethical,
chemical-free products that promote the well-being of animals.
Today, I continue to expand my offerings to help pets live healthier, happier lives while fostering deeper connections with their owners.
As an IMIM Applied Zoopharmacognosy Practitioner, I am passionate about allowing animals to self-select natural remedies like essential oils, herbs, and supplements. I believe in empowering animals to communicate their needs, which is why my approach is deeply rooted in understanding animal behaviour, instinct, and communication.
Through Complete Canine Communication, I offer unique, relationship-based training that moves away from traditional obedience techniques, embracing natural behaviour and understanding. I work with pet owners to create an environment of trust and respect, helping to harmonise human-dog relationships.
Additionally, I create products that reflect my ethos, like the anatomically designed Naked Harness, which prioritises comfort, safety, and functionality for dogs of all sizes.
 Alongside that, I developed the Complete Meal DIY Mix for dogs and cats, offering an easy way to prepare balanced, nourishing meals at home.
I also proudly represent Norwex as an independent consultant, helping pet owners reduce their pets' exposure to chemicals through eco-friendly cleaning solutions.
Every step of my work is designed to make the world a kinder, healthier place for animals—one where nature’s healing power is recognised and respected.
My goal is to touch as many lives as possible through education, workshops, consultations.
